Ingredients

  • 500 g Spiral noodles
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 bag/s spaghetti bolognese
  • 1 cup Schmand
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 package/s Grated cheese

Directions

    Cook the noodles in salted water for about 10 minutes Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions

    add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper measure 400 ml of water and put it into a mixing bowl just with a whisk mix the bags of Bolognese in it then add cream and sour cream into the mixing bowl and mix with a whisk

    Grease a casserole dish with butter and place the cooked pasta in it, then spread the fried, chopped pasta on top of the layers

    Stir the sauce once again with a whisk and then pour the grated cheese evenly over the layered cheese in the casserole dish. The pasta casserole needs about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 to 200 degrees.
