Salmon and lemon skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 stalk of dill
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Dill seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the salmon, cut into large cubes. Wash lemon, cut into fine slices. Put salmon and lemon slices alternately on skewers. Pluck the dill flags and put them on the skewers. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Mix oil, garlic and dill seeds. Dribble over the skewers, cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Dab the skewers dry and fry them in a hot pan for about 5 minutes, turning carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with dill flags
