Apricot jam with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • 75 g white chocolate
  • 250 g Apricots
  • 1 (200 g) Bag of gelling spells

Directions

    Finely chop the chocolate. Wash, halve, stone and roughly dice the apricots. Weigh 200 g.

    Puree the apricots and jam sugar with a hand blender for about 45 seconds. Stir in chocolate. Pour into prepared twist-off glasses and close. Keep cool and use up quickly.
