Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 500 g Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 Kiwis
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Apricots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 oranges
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 500 g Cream curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey

Directions

    Wash, clean and defrost the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces and mix with 1-2 tbsp. sugar. Peel kiwis and bananas, chop finely. Drain apricots, cut into quarters. Mix orange juice, 2-3 tablespoons sugar and possibly rum. Mix everything

    Stir curd and sour cream until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey
