Tangerine-poppy seed cup

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (314 ml )
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mandarin Oranges
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp or liquid honey
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 vanilla bean or
  • 1 Package. Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ground poppy seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa for decorating

Directions

    Drain the mandarins in a sieve, collecting the juice. Mix 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey and 2 tablespoons of mandarin juice in a bowl. Mix the mandarins with it, let it stand for a short time

    Whip the cream in the mixing bowl with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Stir yoghurt until smooth. Score the vanilla pod lengthwise with a knife, scrape out the vanilla pulp

    Stir vanilla pulp or vanillin sugar, 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, ground poppy seeds and 2-3 tablespoons mandarin juice into the yoghurt. Then carefully fold in the whipped cream

    Divide the poppy seed yoghurt into four dessert bowls. Arrange mandarins with the marinade on top. Decorate with lemon balm leaves if desired
