Cake burger with mandarin cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin oranges
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 16 Egg biscuits with orange filling and chocolate (e.g. Jaffa Cake; approx. 160 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Drain the mandarins on a sieve, collecting the juice. 12 mandarins with honey and let them stand

    Stir cream cheese, quark, vanilla sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of mandarin juice until smooth. Stir in the remaining tangerines. Pour the mandarin cream into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout and squirt curls onto 8 cookies. Place the remaining biscuits on top. Arrange 2 cream cookies on each plate. Spread marinated mandarins on the plates as well. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint
