Cherry jelly with vanilla topping

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bag of jelly "cherry" (instant; sweetened; for 1/2 l water)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Cherry liqueur or cherry juice
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 (150 g) Cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly orange cookies,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Boil up just under 1/2 l of water. Put the contents of the bag into a bowl. Stir in boiling hot water with a whisk. Continue stirring for about 1/2 minute until the powder is dissolved. Stir in cherry liqueur or juice. Let the jelly cool down a little

    Fill cherry-gods in 4 dessert geese. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours until the cherry jelly has set

    Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Let vanilla sugar trickle in. Add the whipped cream to the vanilla yoghurt

    Place a blob of vanilla yoghurt on top of each cherry dish as a topping. Decorate with orange cookies and lemon balm leaves
