  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 (500 g) cup red fruit jelly
  • 300 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 40 g Milk chocolate rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Drain the apricots (use the juice for other purposes). Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Divide the red fruit jelly into four dessert glasses. Pour yoghurt over them. Place apricots on top. Spread the cream loosely. Sprinkle with chocolate rolls and decorate with lemon balm
