Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and chop the flesh. Halve nectarines, remove stone. Cut the flesh into slices. Halve melon, remove seeds, peel and cut into pieces. Boil up juice and wine. Add fruit and 30 g sugar, bring to the boil and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Stir starch in a little water until smooth and bind the groats with it, bring to the boil again. Let cool off while stirring occasionally. Mix yoghurt, vanilla pulp and 20 g sugar. Arrange the groats. Add vanilla yoghurt. If necessary, decorate with sliced vanilla pod
