Raisin cake with fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Oranges
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Banana
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 4 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Flour

Directions

    Peel oranges thickly, removing all the white skin. Cut out fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze out the skin with the rest of the pulp, collect the juice. Mix juice with 2-3 tablespoons honey and lemon juice

    Wash the apple, quarter, core and cut into slices. Peel banana. Peel kiwis, quarter lengthwise. Cut both into slices. Drizzle fruit with the sauce

    Wash the raisins and pat them dry. Cream 2 tablespoons of soft fat, 1 tablespoon of honey and vanilla sugar. Stir in egg, quark, flour and raisins

    Heat 2 tablespoons of fat in a frying pan in portions. Put about 12 heaps of dough into the pan. Flatten a little and fry on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm. Serve everything
