Fried noodles with beef

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (200 g) Nouilles japonaises à la farine de blé
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 green and yellow pepper
  • 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 200 g Beef (e.g.: a.d.hip)
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger tuber
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 200 g Bean sprouts

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut into strips.

    Peel ginger and garlic and dice very finely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meat and mushrooms for 2 minutes at high heat. Add garlic and ginger, fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.

    Heat another 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry peppers and noodles for 3-4 minutes, season with soy sauce. Add the other ingredients and fold in the sprouts. Season to taste again and serve.
