Mortadella bread (sandwich)

Ingredients

  • 125 g Gherkins
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 8 discs (50 g each) White bread
  • 8 TSP Mustard
  • 150 g Mortadella cold cuts

Directions

    Cut the gherkins diagonally into slices. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rings. Cut bread slices crosswise in half. Spread one half with mustard, cover with mortadella and cucumber slices and sprinkle with chives.

    Add the other half and bake in the sandwich maker for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
