Put the pizza base mix in a bowl and add 1/4 litre of lukewarm water. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Grease a baking tray, dust with flour and roll out the pizza dough evenly on it. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut them into half slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
Wash the basil, dab dry and pluck into the leaves, except for a little to garnish. Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, press garlic through a garlic press. Mix strained tomatoes with onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Spread on the pizza dough and sprinkle with basil. Place slices of tomato and mozzarella on top, alternating in flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven, 2nd shelf from below (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Let the pizza rest for about 10 minutes, then cut into rhombuses or long strips as you like.

Let the pizza rest for about 10 minutes, then cut into rhombuses or long strips as you like. Halve the ham slices and spread them on the pizza pieces. Sprinkle with halved cherry tomatoes and remaining basil and garnish as desired
