Drain the shrimp. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the lime, cut off some slices if necessary. Squeeze the juice, beat with salt, pepper, some sugar and oil. Mix in shrimps and garlic
Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut off one lid each. Remove the inside of the tomatoes
Wash the arugula, pluck finely. Onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Peel and halve the avocado and remove the stone. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix everything with the shrimps. Fill into the tomatoes, possibly the rest around it. Garnish with lime slices and mint
