Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 40 g Shallots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 30 g Walnut halves
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries in their own juice

Directions

    Peel the shallots and cut into rings. Wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Chop walnut halves finely. Clean and wash lamb's lettuce.

    Mix prepared ingredients and arrange in portions. Whip vinegar and oil for the marinade. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in cranberries and spread over the prepared salads
