Put sugar in the middle of a pan. Then melt at medium heat without stirring and caramelize until golden brown. Stir in nuts and let them cool down on an oiled plate or aluminium foil
Drain the tangerines, collect the juice. Wash apples and pears, quarter them and remove seeds. Cut into pieces or slices as desired and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Mix the fruit. If necessary, chop the nuts coarsely and fold into the fruit salad.
Whip cream until semi-stiff and fold in vanilla yoghurt. Serve the fruit salad with the vanilla cream
