Strawberry yoghurt cream with crunchy muesli

  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Crunchy muesli
  • 25 g Dark chocolate with coffee and Kolanus powder (cocoa min. 58%)

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries, cut up to 4 pieces to decorate, chop finely and sugar with 2 tablespoons of sugar. For the cream mix quark, yoghurt, 4 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice

    Mash the sugared strawberries with a fork. Put 2 tablespoons of muesli into 4 glasses. Spread cream and strawberries alternately on top. Roughly chop the chocolate. Decorate glasses with strawberries and chocolate
