Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp or mineral water
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Chocolate sauce (from the bottle)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coconut chips or grated coconut

Directions

  1. 1

Quarter the pineapple, peel it and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the fruit flesh into bite-sized pieces. If necessary, mix with rum and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Mix the quark and 5 tablespoons of milk or mineral water until smooth and season with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Add to the quark

  3. 3

Fill pineapple pieces with rum and quark into 4 dessert glasses. Spread about 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce on each and sprinkle with coconut chips. Serve immediately

  4. 4

Fresh pineapple makes dairy products like quark or yoghurt slightly bitter after a short time, so always serve immediately. This does not apply to heated pineapple: So, if you want to prepare the dessert, just take a small can of slices or pieces (446 ml)
