Gratinated meat cheese rolls with white cabbage salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Coleslaw (cup)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 6 discs (30 g each) Meatloaf
  • 6 Tl medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Drain coleslaw in a sieve. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into small rings. Put some paprika and spring onions aside for sprinkling.

    Mix coleslaw, paprika and spring onions. Spread slices of meat cheese with 1 teaspoon of mustard each. Spread coleslaw on the meat cheese slices and roll them up. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the rolls with the seam side down first, then all around.

    Place in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining paprika and spring onions.

    It goes well with farmhouse bread.
