Mix espresso powder and 1 tablespoon of hot water. Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, liqueur and espresso. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Pour cream into glasses and chill for about 1 hour. Before serving, heat milk and froth up with a milk frother. Pour milk foam with a spoon onto the cream and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Decorate as you like with a cinnamon stick
