Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized onions
  • 150 g Double cream cream cheese with pepper
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Onions peel, lengthwise halve. Carefully hollow out. Chop the hollowed out finely. Mix with cream cheese, egg yolk and milk. Place on greased aluminium foil. Grill for about 8 minutes. Garnish with basil as desired
