Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

Directions

    Peel the garlic, cut in half and remove the sprouts. Finely chop the clove. Cut tomatoes into fine pieces.

    Cream butter and tomato paste with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix in the tomatoes and garlic. Season to taste with chilli and salt. Pour butter into a bowl and cover and chill until used.
