Clean and wash radishes, spring onions, rocket and romaine lettuce. Drain well. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Cut spring onions into fine rings. Pluck rocket a little smaller, cut rocket salad into strips.
Approx. 1⁄3 Puree the rocket with cream, mustard, oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Roast the seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Mix all salad ingredients and rocket dressing.
