Halve the peppers lengthwise, wash and cut into strips. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain the olives. Wash herbs, shake dry. Pluck off leaves and needles and chop.
Mix herbs with Pul Beaver. Place 1 piece of sheep's cheese on 1 piece of foil.
Sprinkle Feta with about half of the herb mixture. Spread tomatoes, peppers and olives on top. Sprinkle with the remaining herb mixture and season with pepper. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Fold up the foil all around so that packages are formed. Cook on the hot grill for 10-12 minutes.
