  • 300 g Greek peppers (mildly piquant pickled)
  • 150 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spice mix Mexican style

Directions

    Carve the peppers lengthwise, drain. Stir cream cheese and crème fraîche until smooth. Pour into a piping bag with perforated spout and squirt into the pepperoni. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture and serve
