Ingredients

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1 Lime
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Aperol
  • 500 g Gelling sugar (2 : 1)
  • 5 Glasses (300 ml each)

    Wash, clean and chop 1 kg strawberries. Mix with the juice of 1 lime, 5 tbsp. aperol and 500 g jam sugar (2 : 1) in a large pot.

    Bring to the boil while stirring, cook for about 4 minutes until bubbly. Make a gelling test. Immediately pour into hot rinsed glasses. Close the glasses, put them on the lid for about 5 minutes. Turn them over again and let them cool down.
