Strawberry groats with yoghurt hood

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS + 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 package Raspberry-flavoured red fruit jelly powder
  • 200 g Cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Choco rolls

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, put 2 strawberries aside. Clean the rest and cut in half. Boil half the strawberries, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 450 ml of water. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix red fruit jelly powder and 5 tablespoons of cold water. Stir into the boiling strawberries, bring to the boil again.

    Fold in remaining strawberries. Let the groats cool down a bit and fill them into 4 glasses and let them cool down. Mix yoghurt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Spread on the red fruit jelly. Cut the remaining strawberries in half. Yoghurt with Choco-Rolls
