Cauliflower and sugar pea salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Sweet peas
  • 200 g Salmon ham
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seeds
  • 1 jar (250 g) low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the cauliflower, divide into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the sugar peas, cut off the ends and add the pods to the cauliflower 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain the vegetables and rinse them in cold water. Let the vegetables cool down. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Mix mayonnaise with egg yolk, lemon juice, milk, sugar and 1 tablespoon sesame. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetables on a plate. Add some dressing. Add the rest of the dressing and sprinkle both with the rest of the sesame seeds
