Marinated pork cutlet on ribbon noodles

Ingredients

  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 60 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Asia Spice Sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel the carrots and clean the spring onions. Wash the vegetables and cut into slices or rings

    Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut meat into strips. Heat oil and fry the meat all around. Add vegetables and mushrooms and fry. Add stock, Asian sauce and soy sauce. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper
