Clean, wash and drain the frisée salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash the sprouts and let them drain. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Arrange frisée, strawberries and sprouts on 4 plates. Mix vinegar, some salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it and spread the vinaigrette over the salad. Use a peeler to cut curls from the Sbrinz, sprinkle over the salad and serve
