Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 baby onion
  • 4 Figs
  • 120 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon vinegar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 50 g pickled peppers
  • 50 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and parsley

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Tomatoes wash, clean, cut into slices. Peel and halve the onion and slice finely. Quarter figs. Cut feta cheese into cubes. For the marinade, wash and chop parsley.

    Vinegar, oil and parsley are slashed. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Carefully mix prepared salad ingredients, pepperoni and olives with the marinade. Serve garnished with lemon and parsley.
