Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Gherkins (approx. 40 g each)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (750 g) Bag of frozen steaklets Pan with potatoes and vegetables
  • 1/4 collar Chives

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice cucumbers. Mix sour cream, onion and cucumber. Wash, clean and halve the mushrooms. Clean, wash and also halve the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms in it and remove from the pan. Add the steaklets pan to the oil and fry over high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and fry over medium heat for another 4-5 minutes, turning. Meanwhile wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Serve the steaklets pan with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkled with chives. Add the rest of the sour cream extra
