Ingredients

  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 16 small cherry tomatoes
  • 8 small minute steaks from pork (approx. 75 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. (8 g) Raclette spice preparation (by Ostmann)
  • 8 discs (approx. 160 g) Raclette cheese

Directions

    Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the steaks and pat them dry.

    At the table, fry steaks on the hot grill plate or hot stone from each side until golden brown. Sprinkle with some raclette seasoning and thyme.

    Layer the steaks, tomatoes and cheese in the pans, sprinkle some raclette seasoning on top. Bake under the hot grill until golden brown. Use the remaining raclette seasoning for other pans.
