Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Ribeye steak
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into large cubes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the flesh from the skin. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with lime juice. Cut steak into strips

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the steak for about 2 minutes, turning it over, season with salt and pepper and take it out. Sauté onion and tomatoes in the frying fat, add meat and avocado, heat briefly. Season everything with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Flatbread tastes good with it
