Wash, drain and clean the broccoli. Cut the florets from the stems. Peel thick stems and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut ham into pieces.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and ham for approx. 3 minutes, turning. Add broccoli and stock, mix and simmer for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange on plates, sprinkle with parmesan.
