Paprika-parmesan scrambled eggs with fried sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) red roasted peppers
  • 8 Eggs (size L)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 60 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 12 Nuremberger rib steak sausages

Directions

    Drain the peppers and cut them into strips. Whisk eggs with cream and 40 g Parmesan cheese, season with salt and nutmeg. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages for about 5 minutes, turning them over

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Add eggs. Spread paprika on top. When the egg begins to set, push together with a spatula, do not stir. Let the eggs fry over a mild heat.

    If possible, do not turn the eggs so that the egg mass remains nice and juicy. Sprinkle with 20 g Parmesan cheese. Serve scrambled eggs with sausages. Serve with mustard
