Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench, drain and allow to cool. In the meantime wash the peppers and cut them into very small cubes. Peel the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into strips. Wash the herbs, dab dry, put some chervil and parsley aside for garnishing.
Cut chives into small rolls, put some aside for garnishing. Puree the rest of the chervil and parsley with the salad cream, yoghurt and vinegar. Stir in chives and season to taste with salt, pepper and sweetener. Mix all salad ingredients with the sauce and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with chives and garnish with the rest of chervil and parsley.
