Spaghetti with onion sausage in tomato and harissa sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 150 g Onion Mettwurst
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 coated Tsp Harissa
  • 200 g Spaghetti Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 25 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Schmand

Directions

    Wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan. Press the mince directly from the skin into the fat in large crumbs.

    Fry while turning. Add onion and broccoli and fry briefly. Add chunky tomatoes and about 400 ml water. Stir in Harissa

    Break the spaghetti into pieces several times and put it into the pan, mix in. Season everything with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring several times. If the sauce becomes too thick, add some more water. Mix parmesan and sour cream.

    Mix about 1 tbsp. with the pasta. Flavour everything once again. Add the rest of the sour cream
