Penne with gorgonzola cream sauce (pasta sauce)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel garlic and onion and dice finely. Dice the gorgonzola. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic. Add 250 ml water and cream.

    Bring to the boil, stir in broth. Add cheese and melt in the hot liquid over low heat while stirring. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain the pasta, let it drain. Cut Parma ham into wide strips. Wash basil, dab dry. Put some aside for garnishing, cut the rest into strips. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and mix in the basil. Serve the pasta with the sauce and Parma ham.
