Cut baguette breads in half and cut each half diagonally from the top, and open. Spread 1 tbsp. mayonnaise on each cut surface, cover with mozzarella, tomatoes, escalope strips and basil leaves. Add the rest of the mayonnaise. Arrange baguettes and serve
