Peel, wash and chop the potatoes and carrot. Cover and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes
Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Apple wash, halve, core and dice. Dab the meat dry and cut into strips
Fry the meat in hot oil until it is firm. Season with salt and pepper. Add spring onions and apple pieces and fry briefly. Stir in 5-6 tablespoons of water and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste
Drain the potatoes and carrot, except for a little cooking water. Mash everything finely. Add milk and stir until smooth. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Serve everything
