Banana and hazelnut shake

  • 2 Bananas (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 3/4 l Milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 40 g ground hazelnuts
  • 10 g Hazelnut flakes to decorate
  • 4 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel the bananas, cut off 8 slices and set aside. Cut remaining bananas into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add milk and vanilla sugar and puree. Fold in ground hazelnuts.

    Pour banana-nut shake into glasses. Sprinkle hazelnut leaves on top. Put banana slices on skewers and serve with the drink.
