Clean the chicory and peppers, wash and pat dry. Cut chicory, bell pepper and turkey breast into strips. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a knife.
Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins and set aside. Peel and slice the kiwis. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely, except for a little to garnish. Mix all but one teaspoon with yoghurt, 4 tablespoons orange juice and curry.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix chicory, paprika, orange filets, kiwi slices and turkey breast. Arrange salad, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with remaining parsley.
Sprinkle with some curry if necessary.
