Mushroom salad with egg

Ingredients

  • 1 small egg
  • 150 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 1 (60 g) cleaned tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp cleaned lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Öl, 2-3 Tsp Essig
  • 3-5 Tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp chives, salt, pepper
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Boil the egg hard. Quench, peel. Chop mushrooms, cucumber, tomato and salad. Fry mushrooms in oil in a coated pan. Stir in vinegar, broth and chives, season. Mix with salad ingredients.

    Serve with egg and bread rolls.
