Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 2-3 (approx. 500 g) Baby Romaine Salads
  • 250 g fat-reduced gouda cheese
  • 150 g smoked turkey breast in thin slices
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of low-fat yoghurt dressing (0.6% fat)

    Put the eggs in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the salad and drain in a sieve. Cut cheese into small cubes. Cut lettuce roughly into small cubes. Quench eggs under cold water and cut them into 8 slices. Arrange egg slices, salad, cheese cubes and turkey slices on plates and serve with the dressing
