  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 375 g white asparagus
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 (approx. 50 g) Spring onions
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • 1 tsp (5 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener

    Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes. Peel and clean the asparagus. Steam covered in 1/8 l salted water for 20 minutes

    Clean and wash the onions. Chop onions and ham, fry in fat. Stir in asparagus stock, cream and herbs. Bind, season
