Plaice rolls with tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 (approx. 120 g) Plaice fillets
  • 1 TEASPOON Juice and some off. Peel of 1 untreated lemon
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil and parsley
  • 2 (100 g) Tomatoes
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 50 g cleaned pepper (e.g. yellow)
  • 50 g cleaned cucumber
  • 1 TEASPOON Vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil them covered in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash fish, pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Wash and chop the herbs. Wash, quarter, seed and dice 1 tomato. Mix herbs, tomato cubes and lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper

    Spread about 1/3 of the herb and tomato mixture on the fish. Wind up and pin. Put the rest of the herb and tomato mixture, 2-3 tablespoons of water and plaice rolls in a pot. Steam covered for 6-8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Wash and chop the bell pepper, cucumber and remaining tomato. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, add oil. Mix with paprika, tomato, cucumber and salad. Drain the potatoes. Arrange everything with the plaice rolls
