Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Wash, clean and pat dry lettuce and rocket. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut into quarters. Mix lettuce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Peel garlic.
Peel and halve the avocado and remove the stone. Chop 25 g of flesh into small pieces (use the rest of the avocado for other purposes) and place in a tall container. Add yoghurt, lemon juice, milk and garlic and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Dab meat dry, cut in half and season with salt. Brush a coated pan with oil. Fry the meat for approx. 5 minutes, turning it over. Season with pepper. Arrange meat and salad on a plate. Sprinkle red berries over the meat. Add the avocado dressing
