Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 raw shrimps (about 40 g each; without head, in shell)
  • 1/2 Spring onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 2 TEASPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Wood skewer

Directions

  1. 1

Place the wooden skewer in water. Wash the basil, shake dry and finely chop in the universal chopper. Add sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Peel onion and cut into small cubes.

  2. 2

Peel the prawns, except for the tail fins, and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and dab them dry. Wash spring onion, shake dry and cut diagonally into 3 pieces (2-3 cm long). Put shrimps and pieces of spring onion alternately on the wooden skewer

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a small pot, fry the spring onion rings briefly, remove them and fry the prawn skewer in them for 4-5 minutes, turning them over. Remove, season with salt and keep warm. Sauté diced onions in the pot and deglaze with orange juice. Add tomatoes and vinegar and cook for about 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Puree the soup with a blender and put it into a soup bowl. Add sour cream and prawn skewers
