  • 15 g Pine nuts
  • 50 g Picking salad
  • 3 Radishes
  • 50 g Kohlrabi
  • 50 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pale fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, take them out. Clean, wash and tear the salad. Wash and slice the radishes. Peel kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Mix yoghurt and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar

    Mix all ingredients and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with some pepper
